It can often be a challenge to get in 5 servings of fruit and vegetables in a day. One neat concept, deemed Meatless Mondays, offers an easier solution to making sure you and your family get your daily 5! Meatless Mondays are the idea that on Mondays (or some other day) of each week, one eats vegetarian fare. Adopting a vegetarian diet for one day per week is an easy way to sneakily increase the fruit and vegetable intake of your family members.
